Automate Your Chemical Records

If you'd like to automatically track chemical applications, you can assign chemical(s) to a service here. When you complete a job linked to this service, Yardbook will help you generate chemical records and pull live weather data. This will save you the time spent manually creating chemical records for each instance.

The values you set below will be used when chemical records are automatically generated (Ex. Application targets, Application method, and Default Amount).

In addition, the system can automatically calculate the amount applied based on the lawn size of a property, offering a deeper level of automation. If you set the Lawn Size Multiplier Amount field, Yardbook will automatically multiple this value with the lawn size to get the amount of chemical applied, provided that the property has a valid numeric lawn size. For example, if you're applying 1 lb of chemical for each 1000 sqft. You can set the multiplier to 0.001, which is the result of (1 / 1000).
