Your customer will have the option to lookup invoice by their invoice #.

* You can also add the ability to lookup an invoice by customer's email address. If you'd like to add this feature to your account, please contact our support team directly at [email protected].

** If you have not set up online payments, your customers can still lookup their invoice(s) but will not be able to pay you online.
