To Customers:

Please allow Solid Dust Lawns LLC access to your back yard on the day of service and ensure that your pets are put up on the day of service. Pet poop is picked up (if apply), sprinkler system is paused (if apply), and no toys or debris is in the lawn preventing or hindering the service. If any of these issues prevent the service from being performed on the day of service, Only the area of the property that is accessible and serviceable will be serviced and counted as a completed service for that week. A $10-$15 Fuel/Return fee may be applied if a crew is called back out to preform service that day or week for the areas that was either locked/not accessible or not able to be serviced the first time out for any listed reason. A tall grass fee may be applied on the next service day if the yard is 6inch or above due to the prevention on your behalf where the service is not able to be performed on the scheduled day or week. You will be notified via text,email, or phone call on or before your scheduled day,of when crew will be out to service the lawn. Thank you greatly,Always motivated to bring you joy through your lawn.
