A healthy lawn doesn’t happen by accident. When left alone, grass begins to thin and weeds quickly take over a lawn and one fertilize treatment won’t transform a yard overnight. It takes time, consistency, and the right products applied at the right time to help build thick, healthy turf.

Unsure where to start but want a healthier, better-looking lawn? That’s exactly what we’re here for.

Every great lawn starts with the right foundation. That’s why all of our services begin with our Core Lawn Care Program. A balanced organic fertilization approach combined with full-season weed control through out the entire season. We use a carefully selected combination of products to strengthen turf, improve soil health, and keep weeds under control throughout the growing season.

Application breakdown, what you can expect:

Round 1- Early Spring (Feb/March)
Fertilization for color, growth and wear tolerance, and a crabgrass pre-emergent.

Round 2- Late Spring (April)
A second fertilization to add color, growth and density. Also broadleaf control  for exsisting weeds.

Round 3- Early Summer (May/June)
An application of slow release fertilizer for drought tolerance and color & Broadleaf Weed control.

Round 4-  Late Summer (June/July)
Season long Grub with slow release fertilizer and bio stimulants to improve soil quality.

Round 5- Early Fall (September/October)
A fall application of a complete fertilizer for good root development and growth, spot broadleaf weed control. Any seeding should be done Sept 1st - Oct 15th.

Round 6 - Late Fall (November/December)

FAQs

Will it actually get rid of my weeds — and keep them gone?

There is no single, one-time treatment that eliminates every weed. Different weeds emerge in different seasons Spring, Summer, and Winter. During their peak growth period. That’s why we use a structured program designed to consistently monitor your lawn and treat it at the proper times throughout the year. Weed seeds can also spread from neighboring properties, so ongoing protection is key. For the best long-term results, we strongly recommend fall aeration and overseeding. Thick, healthy turf is your lawn’s best defense against weeds, when grass is dense, weeds simply don’t have room to grow.

Is it safe for my kids and pets?

Yes. Your lawn is safe for kids and pets once the application has fully dried. We simply ask that you stay off the treated areas until dry to allow the products to properly absorb into the plant. Once absorbed, weed control products are contained within the targeted weeds.

Is it worth it compared to doing it myself?

For homeowners who aren’t completely sure what products to apply or exactly when to apply them professional service removes the guesswork. Timing is critical in fertilization and weed control. We schedule applications at the optimal times, monitor your lawn’s performance, and address issues such as disease, thinning areas, or nutrient deficiencies before they become major problems. If you genuinely enjoy lawn care, understand product timing, knowing which herbicide controls which weed, and know you’ll stay consistent, DIY may make sense. But most homeowners prefer professional consistency, monitoring, and results without the hassle.

How long will it take to see results?

You’ll often see visible improvement after the first application — especially with actively growing weeds beginning to curl and decline. For a true lawn transformation, we recommend combining the program with fall aeration and overseeding. Give it 12–18 months of consistency, and the improvement can be dramatic. Great lawns aren’t built overnight — they’re built season by season.
