Do you do Bi-weekly mowing?
We do not do bi-weekly mowing. To help keep grass healthy throughout the growing season we mow on a weekly basis. This helps to prevent diseases and fungus from growing and keeps the grass looking green. We do adjust the mowing height of our equipment with the weather and heat of the summer.
What day of the week do you mow?
We service our customers Monday through Friday during the growing season. Typically we start our first mowing the first week of April. It has started earlier than that depending on the weather. You will be grouped with other customers in your area.
What time of day will you be by to mow my lawn and do I need to be home?
We will be on our first residential property no earlier than 8:00 A.M. Our first commercial property no earlier than 6:00 A.M. Depending on where you fall within the route will determine the time of day that we will show up. You do not need to be home for us to mow your lawn as long as we have access to the back yard.
Do I need to do anything special before you come each week?
Yes. We ask that you remove any toys or other obstructions off of the lawn to help with mowing. Trampolines are okay for us to move. We also ask that all dog waste be removed as well. If excessive waste is in the yard, we may charge a little extra for the mowing to pay for cleaning of the equipment. If it is a persistent problem, we will not mow the area until the area is clean.
