Fall Cleanup.
Estimated Time of Completion: 1-8 Hours
Scope of Work: Fall Cleanup includes cutting the grass, front and backyard with special attention to the steep hill area; includes weed trimming, edging and blowing off the property. The hill will be carefully cut using appropriate equipment to ensure safety and a clean, even finish. Additional labor is included for the steep slope due to the extra time and care required. Trimming and shaping of 4 overgrown holly bushes. Light pruning of 5 front-yard trees to remove dead/damaged limbs and tidy shape. Leaf cleanup of the full yard (front and back), with all leaves collected, bagged and placed on the front curb for Charlotte Mecklenburg Waste Disposal for pickup. Subsequent leaf cleanup visits as needed at a negotiated reasonable price(until leaf drop is complete).
Total Estimated Cost: $453.25. Total amount includes convenience fee.
Acceptable form of payment: Credit/Debit card on file.
Note: If after the initial visit the trimming or leaf volume is significantly greater than estimated, we reserve the right to adjust the rate after discussion.
