We are looking for a dependable customer service minded employee with an eye for detail and familiarity with basic lawn care and landscaping techniques. Knight's Landscapes offers a personalized touch and keeps a close relationship with its customers, so being constantly professional is a must. Time will focus on maintaining private and commercial lawns, with occasionally assisting with landscaping construction and maintenance.

Lawn Care Technicians perform a wide variety of lawn maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, trimming, edging, and mowing. Other activities may include, but not limited to mulching, pruning, cleaning up beds, pulling weeds, planting trees, shrubs and flowers, performing tear outs, raking leaves, building flowerbeds, minor construction activities, pesticide and fertilizer applications, and keeping the job site tidy and safe.

Skills required for this position include the ability to follow verbal and written directions, have an eye for detail, be on time to work, be dependable, work well in a team environment with co-workers, use assigned tools and equipment in a proper and safe manner, and comply with company safety policies and procedures. This is strenuous work in all types of weather, so it is necessary to maintain a physical fitness level that is required to complete job tasks.

Requirements

Applicants must be:
- Able to get to shop/office/pickup
- At least 18 years of age due to equipment usage
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Available to work at least 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) but may be asked to work more/different days/hours depending on the season
- Able to communicate effectively using verbal and non-verbal communication
- Punctual and able to get to and from the shop before work begins and after work ends
