As a Sales Representative, you are a key team member promoting our business and brand as a independent worker. You are responsible for proactively generating sales and cultivating customer relationships. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented. You are self-confident, ambitious, have a positive attitude and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
This is a hunter role, responsible for NEW sales only. No account management necessary other than to use current customers as a referral source. This is a commission based role, with unlimited earnings – no cap! This is a independent worker that will be under a 1099 you’re hours are flexible and schedule is made by you. Sales cycles are fairly short for residential work, and a bit longer for commercial work.
Must provide own reliable transportation and mobile phone.
Specific Responsibilities:
Increase sales through building relationships with NEW potential clients – very little account managementSales calls to potential customers and referral sourcesPromote brand awareness by attending local networking eventsVisit each client’s property to assess service delivery vs. the SOW and customer expectationsMaintain records of all sales and marketing activitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services and stay current with market trends.
Job Requirements:
We are preferring 1 or more years of related experience but no experience is ok, Valid Driver’s License, Computer literacy, working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications excellent communication skills team player who can work independently
