The main duties include performing assigned tasks such as lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, trimming bushes/hedges, mulch installation, seasonal property cleanups in fall and spring, weeding, and other lawn care tasks. Employees receive a 30-minute paid break for every 6 hours scheduled. Typically the assigned work spans 8 hours, although some days may require additional time. Weekends are occasionally available for overtime. We offer flexible scheduling with work usually being scheduled between 8:00am and 4:30pm.
The requirements for this position include possessing a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, being available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am until approximately 6 pm, having the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs, and being willing to work in various weather conditions such as rain, sun, or snow. There is no requirement for previous commercial lawn maintenance or landscaping experience, however it is preferred.
