-Working at various buildings and properties in the Ottawa and surrounding areas
-Helping with landscaping/ grass cutting in the summer & and snow removal in the winter.
-Helping with unit turns including painting, cleaning and help with maintenance.
-Help with maintenance requests as they come in.
-Optional 24/7 snow removal and maintenance work also available
-Cell phone and uniform provided
-Valide license and vehicle to visit various properties required
-Able to work in the cold during snow removal season, and able to work in the heat during landscaping/ grass cutting season
-Able to work alone and well in a team is a must.
-Experiences in maintenance, cleaning, outdoor work
-Working at heights/ and on roofs is sometimes required (Gutter cleaning, roof repairs, camera/ lighting installs)
