Responsibilities:

- Handle clerical tasks such as invoicing, email correspondence, and maintaining customer records.
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage crew routing and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
- Support overall office administration, including supply management and reporting.
