Due to experience starting pay can vary after 2 week valuation if out on site with the president of the company he can typically tell the experience of someone within the first or second day depending on services that are being offered.

We try our best to keep our company as family-oriented as possible since 2010 when the company was founded by Chris Bagley he has always had the ultimate goal to not only be the best for the customer but also build a good foundation with the company and the employees that keep the company thriving. Because unfortunately if everything doesn't run as a unit things don't run as smoothly and he has learned this throughout the journey of this career.
