Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Drive a truck with a trailer hitched to the back.
-Instruct, train, and oversee the crew members to efficiently and professionally complete the assigned work.
-Be courteous to customers at all times and informative when applicable.
-Loading & unloading materials.
-Planting and plant removals.
-Maintain organization and full inventory of company hand tools.
-Communicate regularly with Production Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
-Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
-Provide Production Manager feedback on crew member(s).
-Landscape Maintenance Experience: 4 years (Preferred)
-Driver's License (Preferred)
-Must be available to work 6:30am-8pm Sunday-Friday.
-Must be 18 or older!
