Position Summary:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. This role involves working outdoors with a team to maintain residential and commercial properties to the highest standards. You’ll operate commercial mowing equipment, perform trimming, edging, and clean-up, and help keep properties looking their best throughout the growing season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate commercial lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Perform weekly lawn maintenance services on both residential and commercial properties
• Load/unload equipment and materials each day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite and vehicle
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and teammates
• Provide excellent customer service when on-site
• Assist with seasonal cleanups, mulch installations, and other landscape tasks as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Previous lawn care experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
