We are currently looking for team-oriented individuals that are dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn, landscape & lighting services. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is eager to learn and grow within the company, and has proven experience in the lawn care industry.

General Duties include:
• Using heavy equipment & power tools to complete assigned tasks (zero-turns,
weedeaters, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws).
• Driving company trucks and hauling trailers/equipment.
• Performing outdoor tasks including but not limited to: mowing, weedeating, edging,
and blowing properties. Trimming shrubs, maintaining and installing landscape beds.
• Installing plants, mulch, and rock.
• Conducting regular gutter cleaning to ensure proper drainage and prevent clogging.
• Installing commercial-grade Christmas lights from October through December

Pay: Starts at $16 - 20/Hr. - Experience and proficiency in driving trucks, towing trailers, and operating a variety of equipment are factored into your pay rate.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in the lawn care industry (willing to train in landscape & lighting).
• Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliability and self-motivation.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
