We are looking for a lawn & landscape Crew lead - Crew member who will work in both our mowing division and landscape side. As a lawn maintenance crew member, you will be working with different team members to help manage residential and commercial properties.

Tasks include:
- Mowing both residential/commercial properties.
- Spring/Fall/Winter Cleanups.
- Shrub Trimming/Bed Maintenance.
- Snow Removal.
- Some additional seasonal lawn maintenance tasks as well.
-Maintaining equipment in a working manner.
-Landscaping of beds, rock, mulch, plants etc.

Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial-grade mowers and equipment to complete lawn maintenance tasks.
- Communicate professionally with customers and other staff.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist other team members to complete tasks!

- Pay to start with experience: Starting at $16 per hour. Pay increases after a 30-day evaluation based on ability and know-how. Open to discussing experience.

Requirements:
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
- Must be honest and reliable.
- Eye for detail.
- Must be able to use a tablet or computer.
- Flexible with scheduling due to weather and holidays.
- Be on time!
- Must be able to work in all types of weather. (cold, hot, wet)
- Show up wearing the provided clothing and present yourself in a clean-cut manner.
