Paid for performance for an example: most jobs depending on services have a set rate for how much a crew will be paid if the job is completed within a timely manner bonuses will be offered to the crew to be split by the crew leader.
Crew leaders have the opportunity to make more money by bringing on more customers as well. There is an incentive that is given to our employees for bringing on new customers to be continuous customers for services to be provided. A long-term customer and a short-term customer depending on services that they are needing they should all be seen as equals.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be dedicated to work long hours and to be on call for anything that can come up throughout the week.
Must be self driven and a team player.
Must be able to drive and operate different equipment with no supervision at the safety and highest manner as possible.
It must be able to drive a truck and trailer within town and through neighborhoods with no issues.
No matter the experience that a person has they will need to have an open mind for this opportunity for growth and improvement best for the business and customers being the number one goal.
