Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Crew Member to join our lawn care team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and beautifying our clients' lawns and landscapes. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality lawn care services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Lawn Maintenance: Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming to maintain the appearance and health of lawns.



2. Landscaping: Assist in landscaping projects, such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as installing mulch and decorative elements.



3. Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain various lawn care equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other machinery.



4. Weed Control: Identify and effectively control weeds in lawns and landscaped areas using appropriate tools and methods.



5. Fertilization and Pest Control: Assist in applying fertilizers and pest control products as directed by the supervisor.



6. Customer Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, address their questions or concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.



7. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.



8. Teamwork: Collaborate with other crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily job requirements.



9. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to the company's quality standards and industry best practices.



10. Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and storing equipment properly after each job.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field is a plus.


• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.


• Strong work ethic and reliability.


• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.


• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Basic knowledge of plant care, pest control, and lawn maintenance techniques is advantageous.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
