Do you have multiple locations?
At this time, MASH Works Enterprises operates out of Medway, Ohio. However, we’re actively building toward expanding our services into additional states within the next 2–5 years.
When do I pay?
When do I pay?
We finish the job and do a quick final walk-through with you. If everything looks good and you approve, payment is due at that time. If you need more work later, no problem—additional services will be billed separately. For any service concerns, please reach out to Michael Armitage at 937-561-1133.
Are you owner - operated?
Yes, we are proudly owner-operated. Every project is personally overseen by Michael Armitage, who brings a strong background in sales, marketing, business development, and leadership. This hands-on experience ensures each job is completed with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on building long-term relationships. At MASH Works Enterprises LLC, we take pride in combining real-world service with a business mindset that delivers results and trust you can count on.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal Business, Apple Pay, and Yardbook (powered by Stripe) for secure online payments. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We’re also open to other payment options if needed—just let us know what works best for you.
What happens if it rains or snows on my service day?
If weather conditions prevent us from safely completing your service, we’ll reschedule for the next available clear day. Your safety and the quality of our work always come first. You’ll receive a notification or call with an updated date and time as soon as conditions improve. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during unpredictable Ohio weather!
What does “MASH” stand for?
“MASH” represents both our mission and our family values. It’s inspired by Michael, Alanna, Sarita, and Hanna Sky, the family behind the vision — and it also stands for Motivated And Spiritually Hungry.

Each branch of MASH Works Enterprises carries that same purpose: to serve with integrity, build with passion, and leave a lasting legacy for our family and community.
What if I’m not home during the service?
For your first appointment, we do ask that you’re home for a quick meet and greet. This helps us walk you through the work being done, confirm details, and make sure expectations are clear before we begin.

After the first visit, you don’t have to be home for future services — as long as we have access to the work area and clear instructions. We’ll always keep you updated with before-and-after photos or messages as needed.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule and offer your spot to another customer.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee, depending on the type of job and preparation already completed. To make changes, simply call or text 937-561-1133, and we’ll be happy to work with you on a new date or time.
Do you require deposits for larger jobs?
For most projects outside of regular lawn care services, we require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment and cover materials or prep work. The remaining balance is due after the job is completed and you’ve approved the final walk-through.

For lawn care and routine maintenance services, no deposit is required — payment is simply due in full after the service is complete.

Deposits and payments can be made by cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal Business, Apple Pay, or Yardbook (Stripe).
