1. What’s included in your monthly maintenance packages?
Each package includes a set of core services like lawn mowing, edging, trimming, garden care, and seasonal cleanups — plus optional add-ons like snow removal, pressure washing, or pest control depending on your plan level.
2. Do you offer one-time or on-call services?
Yes! While our monthly plans offer the best value, we also provide one-time services such as lawn cutting, yard cleanups, or pressure washing. Just give us a call to book.
3. How does billing work?
We bill monthly, weekly/bi-weekly, or daily. Invoices can be emailed or sent by text, and we accept most major payment methods.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date to cancel a plan. This allows us to adjust scheduling and staffing fairly. One time services are different.
5. What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Windsor, Leamington, Kingsville, Wheatley, and surrounding Essex County communities. If you're unsure whether you're in our area, contact us!
6. What happens if it rains on my service day?
We monitor the weather closely and will reschedule your service within 48–72 hours. If we expect major delays, we’ll reach out directly.
7. Can I customize my plan?
Yes! Our Signature and Elite plans can be customized to suit your property’s unique needs. We also offer a free property evaluation to help create the right service plan. And save more!
