We take requests for estimates 24 hrs a day and will always make contact within 8 hrs of your request.
Do you handle irrigation repairs and installations?
Yes. We provide irrigation system assessments, repairs, upgrades, winterization, and new installations, including drip irrigation systems
Do you offer drainage solutions for standing water or erosion?
Yes. We design and install drainage solutions such as French drains, surface drains, dry creek beds, and erosion control features.
Do you work on ponds and water features?
Yes. We specialize in pond and water feature maintenance, restoration, cleanouts, aeration, aquatic plant management, and natural ecosystem balancing.
Do you provide pressure washing and gutter cleaning?
Yes. We offer pressure washing for driveways, patios, walkways, pavers, and hardscape, as well as gutter cleaning and downspout clearing.
What are Accepted Payment Methods?
We Accept All Major Credit/ Debit Cards, Checks, Cash & Online payments such as Cashapp, Venmo, Square, Zelle and Stripe.
Do you offer tree services?
We provide selective pruning, hedge trimming, tree limbing, and chainsaw work. We do not perform climbing or certified arborist services but can coordinate with licensed arborists when needed.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We offer free on-site estimates for most residential and commercial landscaping projects. Larger design, restoration, or consulting services may require a design or planning fee after our free onsite estimate, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
Can you help with landscape design and planning?
Yes. We offer landscape planning, design, restoration planning, and improvement consultations tailored to your property and goals.
What areas do you service?
We primarily serve Yamhill, Polk, Marion, Washington surrounding counties in Oregon. If you’re outside this area, feel free to reach out—we may still be able to help. We are open to travel for projects within the state and have done lots of work as far south as Medford and central as Bend.
Do you offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance?
Yes. We offer flexible maintenance schedules including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service plans based on your property’s needs and budget.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. H&M Top-Notch Landscaping is fully licensed, insured, and BBB-accredited for your peace of mind.
What happens if weather delays my service?
Oregon weather can be unpredictable. If conditions prevent safe or effective work, we will reschedule your service and keep you informed.
Do you offer residential and commercial services?
Yes. We provide landscaping, maintenance, and restoration services for both residential and commercial properties, including HOAs and property management companies.
Do you use chemicals for weed and pest control?
We prioritize non-chemical and environmentally responsible methods whenever possible. Chemical options are available when necessary, but natural alternatives are always encouraged and discussed first.
Do you provide snow removal and seasonal services?
Yes. We offer snow shoveling, de-icer application (including pet-safe options), seasonal cleanups, and holiday light installation and removal.
Can you help with overgrown or neglected properties?
Absolutely. We specialize in one-time cleanups, overgrown property restoration, invasive plant removal, and ongoing maintenance plans to keep properties looking their best.

Do you install sod or artificial turf?
Yes. We offer sod removal, installation, replacement, overseeding, lawn renovation, and artificial turf installation.

How do you price your services?
Pricing is based on property size, service frequency, site conditions, and scope of work. We provide transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises.
