Pay-As-You-Go Customers

Service Fulfillment:
Services are provided on a per-visit basis and scheduled based on seasonal needs, weather conditions, and customer preferences.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or reschedule any upcoming service at no charge as long as you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy:
No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Annual Service Plan Customers

Service Fulfillment:
Annual plan customers receive lawn care services on a regularly scheduled basis throughout the growing season, as outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your annual plan at any time. Upon cancellation, services already performed will be recalculated at the standard pay-per-visit rate. If your payments exceed that amount, you’ll receive a prorated refund for any unused portion.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are available for unused services if the plan is canceled early. Please note: Any discounted pricing from the annual plan may be voided upon cancellation and replaced with regular pricing for services already delivered.
