What does full service holiday lighting mean?
At Griswold Exterior Illumination, we’re a full-service holiday lighting company — meaning we handle everything from start to finish so you don’t have to lift a finger. 🎄
Custom Design: We create a lighting plan tailored to your home or business — from classic white elegance to vibrant, colorful displays.
Professional Installation: Our trained crew safely installs all lights and decorations using commercial-grade materials designed to withstand Indiana weather.
Maintenance Throughout the Season: If a bulb goes out or something needs adjustment, we’ll take care of it — no extra charge.
Takedown & Storage: When the season ends, we’ll return to remove your lights and store them for next year, keeping everything organized and ready to go.

Seasonal Lighting Service Overview
Thank you for choosing Griswold Exterior Illumination! Here’s a simple breakdown of how our holiday lighting service works:
You are paying for a complete Holiday Lighting package that includes the lighting design, materials, installation, maintenance throughout the season, take down, and storage until the following season.
*You are not purchasing the lights, you are utilizing our all inclusive service.*
What makes Griswold Exterior Illumination different?
Our materials are professional-grade and custom-fit to your home. The quality of our lights and decorations far exceed what you will find at local stores, Amazon, Etc. Superior quality light bulbs come with superior energy efficiency. Our bulbs give off more light while maintaining a “natural” or “traditional” hue/color. Power supply cords are custom lengths, and well hidden,. Our install process eliminates unsightly cords and tripping hazards.
Griswold Exterior Illumination performs all maintenance necessary throughout the season. The takedown is in January. We then label and handle all of the storage for next season.
Terms of Service/Deposit
All decorations and timers are included in the service package. We are not “selling” the lights/decorations; it is an all-inclusive service. A deposit of 50% of the total is required upon approval of the quote.

Click “Approve Quote” to confirm the final approval of line items/design layout. $0 maintenance service charge for the duration of the installation. Takedown in January is included
The final deposit will be the remaining 50% of the final quote and is due at the time of install. Install date/availability is only guaranteed upon receiving the first deposit.
Disclaimer
We will provide all of the lighting materials so that we can guarantee the quality of the finished product. No person/business/organization is permitted to make alterations, repairs or improvements without prior written permission from Griswold Exterior Illumination.
*Any alteration to decorations or setup by a client voids the $0 maintenance service warranty. *
To keep your lights looking great:
• Please don’t move, adjust, unplug, or add lights to our setup.
• Let us know if something happens so we can fix it for you.
Damage We Cannot Cover
We’re unable to cover damage caused by:
• Landscapers or other contractors
• Rodents (like squirrels chewing wires)
• Homeowners modifying the setup
• Overloading circuits with other lights
• Cutting/trimming bushes near the lights

We currently accept cash, check & credit/debit card.
We do accept ACH for business clients as well.
