Family-owned business offering services to keep landscapes maintained & thriving with an awareness to ecology. Our grandfather started his business about 60 years ago in Altadena, Ca that is still running today. Our father Mark Perez joined him for many years with a focus on irrigation. Rip started out at the ripe age of 11 during the summer months when school was out leading him to gain a lot of experience and hands on training while learning the ropes of landscaping, once he got older, he transitioned into helping out full time. Our father then branched off into his own business at the end of 21' where Rip and Terra joined him. Terra has a background in landscape design and is working towards degrees in plant science and horticulture. Since our father passed in Nov 24', we look forward to continuing the business, creating beautiful landscapes in honor of him that invite more life, pollinators and create habitat for such that many large lawn only landscapes don't encompass. We believe that any landscape can have a beautiful balance of pollinator attracting native plants and lawn area to be able to enjoy for us and our beneficial critters.
