I decided to start Balanced Lawns because of my addiction of growing a healthy green lawn. This is something I enjoy, and want to work with you to grow a healthy and envious lawn.
No two lawns are the same, and nobody can predict the weather. That is why I do not do contracts.
-Some years we get more rain or heat than others.
-Your lawn does not have the same history or soil as your neighbors.
-Depending on the current climate and your unique lawn, we may need to adjust from the usual 6 applications per year.
-A handshake with verbal agreement and continued communication throughout the year is my personal, small town approach.
These are only a few reasons why I don't do contracts. I choose to partner with the homeowner and we'll decide together what is best for their lawn and when.
