Service agreements encompasses a walk through of your property to identify tasks you would like to have done for the season or set period of time (typically 8-12 months). We determine a cost of all services needed and divide it over the terms you like. This covers all services. If you were to need materials for any of those services, material cost would incur at the time of that service (example: mulch bed refresh under service agreement would cover labor, mulch and any associated material fees would be paid at time of that specific service).
