Upstate Urban Landscape Beautification was founded by Blake Pulley in 2021 with a clear goal: to beautify the Upstate through quality landscape work done the right way. Blake is a graduate of the Horticulture program at Spartanburg Community College and brings more than 12 years of hands-on experience in the landscaping industry.
Starting in entry-level positions and working his way up through various garden centers and landscape companies, Blake saw a growing need among Upstate residents for an educated professional who could provide honest guidance, dependable service, and consistent results. That experience is the foundation of our company today.
