How do I approve a quote?
Once you receive your Service Proposal, you can review and approve it online. After approval, we’ll schedule your service and keep you updated.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Online payment is available for convenience.
Do you charge late fees?
Invoices unpaid after 7 days may be subject to a late fee. We keep our system structured so service runs smoothly for everyone.
Do you require deposits?
Deposits may be required for larger cleanups, mulch installations, or specialty projects. This helps secure scheduling and materials.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. We provide full-property cleanups, seasonal maintenance, leaf removal, and yard refresh services.
What areas do you service?

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Online payments are available. Credit card payments may include standard processing fees.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?
If weather affects scheduling, we will communicate and reschedule accordingly. We do not rush jobs due to weather conditions — quality comes first.

No. As long as we have clear access to the property and pets are secured, you do not need to be present during service.
What should I do before service day?
Please ensure:
Gates are unlocked. Pets are secured. Yard is free of toys, debris, or obstacles. This allows us to work efficiently and safely.
Why was my price adjusted?
Pricing may change if:
Property size increases. Access changes. Lawn condition changes significantly. Scope of work expands. We communicate clearly before any adjustments are made.
Do you bag clippings?
We mulch clippings when appropriate for lawn health. If bagging or removal is requested, additional fees may apply.
Do you move patio furniture, trampolines, or heavy objects?
For safety and liability reasons, we do not move heavy, fragile, or valuable items by default. However, we may assist with relocating certain items if a liability waiver is signed by both parties prior to service.
Clients are encouraged to clear the service area in advance to ensure efficient and safe completion of work.
What happens if payment is not received?
Service may be paused until the outstanding balance is resolved. We aim to keep scheduling smooth and consistent for all clients.
Do you provide written contracts?
Recurring clients operate under agreed service terms outlined in the approved proposal. Commercial accounts may require formal service agreements.
Are you insured?
Yes. Dynamic Touch Lawn Care LLC operates professionally and responsibly. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
Can I change my service schedule?
Yes. We understand that life happens and situations come up. We’re transparent in our communication and we take care of our clients. If you need to reschedule or make adjustments, we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible so we can properly adjust our route and continue serving everyone efficiently.

Do you offer price matching?
We price our services based on quality, reliability, and professionalism. We focus on delivering value — not competing on being the cheapest.
What if my grass is extremely overgrown?
Overgrown properties may require additional time, equipment, and labor. In those cases, a higher initial service fee may apply before transitioning to regular maintenance.
