What happens if I cancel a service?
**DCM Lawn Care Service Policy**
We run fixed weekly routes to keep pricing consistent.
• Each lawn is allowed **2 skips per year**
• Skip requests require **48-hour notice**
• Late skips = **50% charge**
• Weather delays don’t count as a skip
• Locked gates, pets, or blocked yards = **full charge**
• Canceling service requires **5 days notice** or one final mow charge
• Long breaks (over 2 weeks) are treated as cancellation
