How does billing and payment work?
Invoices are sent through Yardbook after each service and can be paid online with a debit or credit card. We also accept cash or check if you prefer. Larger landscape projects may require a small deposit before work begins.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have access to your property — like unlocked gates and secured pets — we’ll take care of everything while you’re away. You’ll come home to a freshly cut and clean lawn.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We closely monitor the weather and will automatically reschedule your service for the next available dry day. You’ll receive a notification once your new date is confirmed — no need to worry about reaching out. In most cases rain will not delay your service.
