FAQs

How do I request an estimate?
Fill out our estimate request form, email us at [email protected], call 205-520-3080, or text your request. Please include your name, email, phone number, service address, and the service(s) you’re requesting so we can respond quickly with a quote.
What areas do you service?
Birmingham and all surrounding areas
Do I need to be home for my estimate?
No. As long as we can access your back yard and your pets are secured.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
No. We need to see your property in order to give a fair and accurate estimate.
What’s included in your mowing services?
Our mowing service includes complete lawn mowing, edging along the driveway and sidewalks surrounding your home, string trimming in all areas the mower cannot reach, and blowing all grass clippings and debris off hard surfaces for a clean finish.

Additional services such as shrub trimming, maintenance of plant and flower beds, and cleaning of brick patios or walkways are available and will be invoiced separately.
How do I pay for my services?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, and CashApp. An electronic invoice can be sent directly to your email for convenience. You may choose to have your credit or debit card automatically charged after each service, or you can receive a monthly invoice (a valid card must be kept on file for monthly billing).
Please note, we do not accept personal checks. Our goal is to make the payment process as simple and stress-free as possible for our customers.
When is my payment due?
Services are billed on a per-cut basis, and invoices must be paid within five (5) days of receipt. A late fee of $5.00 will be added on the sixth (6th) day of non-payment, with an additional $5.00 fee applied on the tenth (10th) day of non-payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, services will be suspended until the account is paid in full.
For customers who prefer monthly billing, a monthly invoicing option is available; however, a valid credit card must be kept on file to use this option.
How do I pay for work other than lawn care, such as landscaping work, pine straw or mulch installation?
All major projects, including landscaping, pine straw installation, mulch, and similar services, require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project on the same day.
If it’s raining on my schedule date, when should I expect service?
We closely monitor the extended weather forecast for the Birmingham area. If your scheduled service date falls on a rain day, we will adjust accordingly and service your property either two days before the expected rain or within two days after the weather has cleared. This ensures your lawn is maintained on schedule while accommodating weather conditions.
Can we request service on a specific day of the week or a specific time of the day?
We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred service day; however, we cannot guarantee specific days as we service designated locations on assigned days of the week. Please note that we are unable to accept requests for specific service times of the day.
Can you still service my back yard if my dog is in the back yard and he does not bite or he is chained up?
For the safety of both our team members and your pets, we cannot service your backyard if pets are not secured inside the house. Please ensure pets are properly secured during scheduled service times so we can complete your lawn care without interruption.
Sould I water my lawn prior to a lawn mowing service visit?
For best results, please avoid watering your lawn the night before or the morning of your scheduled service. A dry lawn allows us to provide a cleaner cut and helps ensure the safety and efficiency of our equipment.
I currently own property in Birmingham, but do not live there. How do I know that you’re servicing my property?
To provide added peace of mind, we send a complimentary monthly photo of your property to your email address if you are away. For clients residing out of state, all services must be paid in advance before work begins.
Can I call and skip a service visit?
If you choose to skip a scheduled service visit, we cannot guarantee that you will retain your current service day or price. Our crews operate on a set schedule to ensure reliability, and if another customer requests service during your missed slot, we may assign it to them.
Do I need to remove dog waste or other items from the yard?
For safety and efficiency, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to remove children’s toys, trampolines, and other obstacles from the yard prior to service. Additionally, the removal of pet waste is the responsibility of the homeowner and must be completed before our crew arrives.
