Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed with the state of North Carolina and we are fully insured for both residential and commercial contracts!
How much do you charge for grass cutting?
Usually it depends on the work involved with the yard and how big it is. We have a minimum service charge of $50 to cut a yard and most yards meet the requirements for the minimum charge. Other factors include when you would like the service completed IE; weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service's and that also effects the price.
How soon can you get to my property?
This typically depends on the day the request to be added to the schedule is made and how soon you want your property to be squared away. We work diligently to find the soonest available opening in our schedule and add you to it so we can get your property looking good in no time.
How do I get a quote?
There are several options to this question as most of our pages have an option to get a quote from us on the project you are looking to get done. You may also text or call us by our provided number or shoot us an email to get an estimate together for your upcoming projects!
What kind of payments do you accept?
We offer many different options for payments including cash, check, and also credit card payments through a secure link with our invoicing software. If you prefer a more contactless payment option, or ease of life we also offer a secured link for you to install your credit card on file! This allows us to perform the work requested and charge you card when the project is over without a million messages or reminders being sent to you. We still let you know when the work will be performed and when it is completed and when the payment is run you get an email confirmation of the payment with receipt for your records as well!
How much do your maintenance contracts cost?
Maintenance contracts solely depend on the projects you are wanted done through out the year. You can add all of your lawn care needs into the contract and pay a monthly invoice at a cheaper rate rather than paying a lump some for the project when you want it done. Meaning you can have grass cutting, leaf removal, mulch installation all on the contract and pay a smaller monthly invoice for the period of the contract rather than a lump some for each job individually.
Do you provide on-demand service or only scheduled services?
Most of our services are based on our schedule to allow time for each of our clients properties to be handled to the best of our abilities. This helps keep order to our day, but allows us to focus on the project at hand for each client and not miss opportunity or details within the projects being completed.
Does lawn care and landscaping add value to my property?
The short answer is YES, it can add value to your property. The easiest way to explain this is when appraising the value of your property the outside is also taken into consideration. A well maintained lawn, trimmed bushes and tree's, mulch beds/flower beds, leaf removal and others add a presence to your property that it is maintained and well in appearance which in the short sight of things can add a value to your house known as curb appeal.
