What services do you offer?
We provide dog poop pick-up services for residential yards, apartment complexes, commercial properties, and pet-friendly spaces. Options include weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanups.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard (e.g., gate is unlocked), we can complete the service without you being home. We will send you a message 30-60 minutes before we arrive.
What areas do you service?
We currently serve Winnipeg and Headingley, MB. Let us know if you're nearby, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How much does the service cost?
Pricing depends on the number of dogs, frequency of service and your location.

Is there a contract?
Nope! We operate contract-free. You can cancel or change your plan at any time—just give us a heads-up.
Do you offer deodorizing or odor control?
Absolutely! Every service includes a FREE yard-safe, pet-friendly deodorizer to help keep your space smelling fresh.
Do you remove the waste from the property?
For recurring services, we haul the waste away for FREE. For one-time or seasonal cleanups, it's just $3 per bag (up to 4 bags).
Do you offer commercial or multi-family property services?
Absolutely. We service apartment complexes, HOAs, and commercial properties. Contact us for a custom quote.
What if it rains or snows?
We service yards in most weather conditions. However, if weather prevents safe access, we’ll reschedule promptly and keep you updated.
Do you offer referral rewards?
Yes! Refer a friend and you both get 10% off your next service. Don’t have a dog? You can still earn a $10 referral reward for every successful sign-up.
Are your products safe for pets and grass?
Absolutely. Our yard deodorizer is pet-safe, kid-safe, and environmentally friendly.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! If you're a Senior Citizen or care for a Rescue, Service, or Senior Dog, enjoy a 10% DISCOUNT on your First Appointment. It's our way of saying thank you for your kindness and care!
How do I pay for the service?
One-Time or Seasonal Pick-Up is billed after the Job Completion. While recurring service is billed on the 30th of each month. No upfront payment required. We accept cash, e-transfers, card or cheque.
Is there an extra fee for the first visit?
If it’s been over a week since your last cleanup, an Initial Pick-Up is required. This helps us start fresh and maintain your yard properly going forward.
