How much is an estimate?
Absolutely FREE! I can give a rough estimate through pictures but complete offer would need to be inspected in person.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am a licensed and insured business in the state of Tennessee.
What areas do you service?
We service Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and all the areas in between. If not sure if you fall into those areas message and we can let you know!
Do you offer one-time mowing or just regular schedules?
We do! Generally they are a bit higher than regular maintenance mows just due to learning the yard and time it takes to do that.
Can I choose a specific day/time for service?
We are flexible to a certain extent on what we can offer for days and times. We try our best to work with the customer and what will work best for their yard.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, Generally we just need to have access to the yard. That could require having gates unlocked allowing us access to all parts of the yard.
What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Please reach out to us! We strive to maintain pristine yards and give our customers 100 percent satisfaction. If something is wrong we will strive to make everything right.
Do pets need to be secured during mowing?
Yes, we asked that pets are secured so that we are able to mow. We always strive to make sure gates are closed back, but having pets running around can hinder the mowing quality.
