Do you scoop year round?
Yes, we scoop in all seasons - Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter.
Do you scoop in the rain & snow?
Yes. As long as there is no potential safety risk due to severe weather. (Lightening, Extreme winds, Ice storm, Blizzard conditions)
Will you let me know when you are scooping & finished?
Before every appointment you will receive a notification with an estimated arrival time. Once the scooping is finished you will get a notification letting you know we are done.
How often do I pay?
Invoicing can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. You decide which schedule works best for your budget.
Can I set up automatic payments so I don't have to remember to pay?
Yes. Credit cards can be saved on file to automatically charge when the invoice is received.
What areas do you service?
Noblesville, Marion, Anderson, Pendleton, Gaston, Upland, Elwood, Frankton, Lapel, Alexandria, Gas City, Fairmount, Summitville, Middletown, Daleville, Chesterfield & all areas in-between. If you are not in these areas give us a call and we still may be able to service you or recommend another scooper in your area.
Can I leave the dogs in the yard while you scoop?
No. As much as we would love to interact with the dogs we request that they be inside during the time we are scooping.
