Yard Trash removal:(Not yard waste). For trash pick $60 per hr $20 minimum trash disposal fee or 144.39 per ton plus $10 Heavy gas fee per trip + travel fee.89/mi travel Fee.

Gutter Cleanout:
Single Story Homes- $30 Service Fee + $13.40 yard waste disposal Fee + $5 light gas fee + $60/hr
Two Story Homes- $60 service Fee + $13.40 yard waste disposal Fee + $5 light gas fee + 80/hr
Three Story Homes- $120 Service Fee + $13.40 yard waste disposal Fee + 5 light gas fee + 100/hr

Snow removal:
$20/hr + $5 service fee, Free icemelt with snow removal up to 5000sqft

Ice melt:
If you only need deicer services its 0.012/sqft + $20 service fee(exp. if your walkway or driveway is 250sqft it would be $3+$20=$23), plus additional Excess Fee of $5.6/ 250sqft over 5000sqft. We use Safestep 6300 ice melt pellet's for residential use, safe for pets, people, and your driveway/walkway.

For services requiring disposal will add an additional Disposal fee. Disposal of yard waste (like leaves, poo, sticks, grass clippings) = $13.40 minimum yard waste disposal fee or $74 per ton plus additional $5 light emission fee per trip. These minimum fees are already implemented into pricing for convenience. If you reach or exceed a ton of yard waste the New fee will replace the minimum fee already included.(ordered leaf cleanup for $30, the 13.40 is already included in pricing but reached one ton of leaves $74, 30-13.40 + 74= 90.6 )

Disposal of trash $20 minimum trash disposal fee or 144.39

Required Deposit: you will pay a mandatory nonrefundable $40 deposit when you contact us for a service. This deposit will be subtracted from your bill unless your bill is less than the deposit then in that case you will receive the remaining amount back. If you cancel on short notice, refuse to pay the bill, miss your appointment, or cause a danger to the workers to the point they have to cancel the job (exp. refusing to put your dog inside while we work)you will not receive this deposit back and the job will not be completed at a later date unless you call and order a separate service order and another non refundable deposit is payed. Clients signed up for recurring services only have to pay the deposit for the first service.
