Do I need to be home for the service?
We love to meet our customers, but as long as our team has access to the yard you do not need to be home for the service.
Can my dog be outside during the service?
No, unfortunately. In order to keep both your pets and our team members safe we require that all clients keep their furry friends in the house while we are servicing the yard.
Do you pick up things other than dog poop?
Nope, that's our whole schtick!
What if there's a storm or other inclement weather?
We try to control everything we can, but we haven't mastered the weather just yet. If we can't service you due to an environmental condition we'll reschedule you to the next available time slot to ensure you're taken care of as soon as the weather permits us to do the best job we can for you.
Where does the poop go?
By default our team will double bag your pet's waste and place it in your trash can.
We do offer an offsite disposal for an additional $10.
