Is this lawn care service year round?
Yes, our weekly service schedule is every seven days between May 1st thru the 2nd week of November, after that the service schedule is bi-weekly every 14 days. This usually comes out to 38 cuts of the 52 weeks in the calendar year.

The bi-weekly service schedule is every two weeks (14 days) and is 26 cuts of the 52 weeks in the calendar year.
Is the cost for service the same all year round?
Yes, weekly and bi-weekly service is the same cost year round and billed once a month on the 1st of each month with a credit card that is stored on file.
Do I have to store a credit card on file?
Yes, for this recurring service and to help streamline our business processes, it's required for our customers to do so prior to being scheduled for service. Cards are charged on the 1st of each month for the previous service months service, ie: Service completed for the month August, cards will be charged on September 1st. Customers who are unable to store a card on file may pre-pay for service prior to be scheduled for work.
Do I have to remove pet waste from my yard prior to service?
Yes. To ensure the safety of the crew and the quality of our lawn care services, also to protect our equipment and our other clients, all customers with pets are required to remove all animal waste from their property before each scheduled service.

If pet waste constantly becomes an issue with service, that area of the lawn will not be serviced and the customer will be notified. A $40 "poop fee" will be added to the invoice at the end of the month if the issue consistently continues.
Whats included with my service?
Our standard service includes: Mowing, Edging, String trimming, and Blowing hard surfaces.

Our plus services includes: Mowing, Edging, String trimming, and Blowing hard surfaces, as well as maintaining any hedges, shrubs and flower beds discussed with the customer.
What happens if it rains on my schedule day for service?
In the case of inclement weather, rain or extreme wet conditions you will be contacted by text and re-scheduled for the follow day for service.
What can I do to help?
We strive to do our best work on each property we service each time. An open line of communication with us of any changes with your property always insures that. By keeping our regular schedule helps us be sure that all gates and locks are closed after every service.
Walking your yard regularly prior to service, picking up toys, garden hose etc. helps us greatly with getting your property looking its absolute best.
