We are a complete property management company. We were facing a significant challenge with our lawncare and snow removal services. This was having a negative effect on our business by taking our maintenance team away from our core which is property maintenance and repair services.
When we discovered S.M. Lawn and Yard Care, they were immediately a huge help with the lawncare portion of our business, allowing our team to focus on maintenance and repairs. We saw significant improvements right away and now we use their snow removal services as well. After only 10 months as a customer, we have seen many benefits to using their services as a sub contractor.
