We are a Veteran owned and operated small business servicing the greater Urbana, OH area.
Terms of Service:
Full Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT:
- Payment will be due at the end of each month for recurring services, with a late fee added after the due date (unless otherwise stated).
- For services requiring products/materials (i.e. mulch installation, etc.), a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required upon acceptance of estimate.
- There will be a processing fee added for all credit card charges.
- A nominal charge may be added in the event that gasoline prices reach $4/gallon.
CANCELLATION:
- If you wish to cancel services, please provide written notice at least 2 weeks in advance.
PROPERTY:
- Prior to service, please make sure all items (i.e. furniture, hoses, toys, etc.) are removed from the yard.
- Please remove any excessive pet waste from the lawn, WF Lawncare LLC will not be responsible for pet waste removal. If excessive waste is consistently a problem, a charge may be applied.
- WF Lawncare LLC is not responsible for damage to flush mounted or buried obstacles, cables, wires, pipes, toys, pet leashes, improperly installed or malfunctioning sprinklers, hoses, or siding and windows installed within 12’ of the ground.
SCHEDULE:
- We understand that things come up, if you need to skip recurring services, please give us a minimum notice of 48 hours. Excessive cancellations may result in discontinuation of service.
