Telle Turf, LLC was established in 2016; though the extent of the company’s expertise goes much further back in time.

Jason Telle, owner and operator of Telle Turf, graduated from College of the Ozarks in 2005 with a horticulture degree. Prior to graduation, Jason did multiple internships at Branson Creek Golf Course (now known as Buffalo Ridge Golf Course) in Branson, Missouri. At the time, Branson Creek was the number 1 public golf course in Missouri. This was a pivotal time in Jason’s career as he learned how to aerate greens, mix chemicals, and apply chemicals to the golf course fairways and greens. Upon graduation from College of the Ozarks, Jason was immediately offered the Assistant Superintendent job, where he worked until 2010, when he decided to move back home to Southeast Missouri.

In 2016, Jason decided to turn his expertise and passion for turf grass into a career by starting his own turf grass management company. Today he manages over 190 lawns (over 90 acres) offering premier lawns to private homes, estates, and commercial properties in Southeast Missouri.

Telle Turf’s service offerings are varied, adaptable, and complete. Jason will work with you and your needs, as well as test your lawn to know what nutrients it needs, until you have a lush, beautiful lawn. This is turf management at its finest.

What is your fulfilment policy?
Thank you for choosing our services. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Please read the following fulfillment policy carefully:
*Product Policy-We do not sell any sort of physical products or goods. Therefore, there is no applicable return or delivery policy for products.
*Refund Policy-As a service-based business, our primary focus is on delivering high-quality services to our clients. Hence, our refund policy is as follows:
-We do not provide refunds for products/goods since we do not sell any.
-For services such as lawn treatment applications, clients can choose to prepay for services or pay in arrears.
-For clients prepaying for services a prepayment discount applies to the entire season of services you have accepted and agreed upon. If, for any reason, you choose to cancel your service(s) after receiving the prepayment discount and before the season ends, you will void the prepay discount and all services will revert back to the retail price(s). Those services not rendered will be refunded to you at the retail price.
-For clients who choose to pay in arrears, you will receive an invoice after each service rendered either by mail, email, or text, whichever is your preferred invoice delivery setting. The invoice is due and payable at the time. Should you discontinue service(s), all unpaid invoices are immediately due and payable. Services already rendered are nonrefundable.
*Cancellation Policy-Clients are allowed to cancel their service(s) at any time.
*Client Responsibilities-Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and specifications regarding the services they require. Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon services must be communicated promptly to avoid any misunderstandings.
*Service Delivery-We strive to deliver our services promptly and efficiently as agreed upon with the client. Any delays in service delivery will be communicated to the client in a timely manner, along with the reasons for the delay and the revised timeline.
*Quality Assurance-We are committed to delivering high-quality services to meet the expectations of our clients. If you have any concerns or issues regarding the quality of our services, please contact us immediately, and we will address them promptly.
*Client Satisfaction-Your satisfaction is our priority. We welcome feedback from our clients to continually improve our services.
*Policy Updates-We reserve the right to update or modify our fulfillment policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
