We’ll let you know in advance when we are going to be coming to service your property, we will be proactive in letting you know if scheduling may change due to weather, we’ll answer your calls or quickly return voicemails for any questions or concerns that your may have.
The Little Things: Little things matter to us. Whether it’s making sure no clippings end up in your mulch beds, edging with a metal edger during each service, making sure your gates are always secured when we leave, or even bringing your trash can back up from the street, we’ll take the time to do the little things. Because the little things matter.
Competitive Prices: Our prices are comparable to our competitors, and in addition, we believe that we offer more value for your dollar by providing you the most Premier lawn and overall customer experience possible.
No Contract: We won’t ask you to sign a contract or charge you a subscription fee to be our client. We consider it a privilege to have been chosen to care for your lawn and we strive to continue earning your business each week by continuing to deliver exceptional quality work. If you do need to discontinue service for any reason, you are free to cancel at any time.
Pay As You Go: We don’t charge you for the season up front and we don’t ask you to prepay a month in advance either. Only pay for the services that you receive, when you receive them. Our online billing and payment system makes this extremely easy and streamlined for you, our client.
DOUBLE Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are ever unhappy with our work, we will come back to your property and correct it for free. If you are still dissatisfied for whatever reason, we will pay a company of your choosing to fix it.
