Founded in 2022 by owners Dan and Jennifer Mosley, JCL Property Maintenance LLC was created to provide dependable, high-quality property maintenance services with a personal touch. Design Consultation & Custom Plan
– Discuss the customer’s vision, budget, and property layout.
– Provide a tailored design (colors, style, placement, theme).
Professional Installation
– Safely install all lights and décor using commercial-grade materials.
– Properly secure cords, timers, clips, and extension connections.
Maintenance Throughout the Season
– If a bulb goes out or a section stops working, Griswold repairs or replaces it promptly (often within 24–48 hours).
Takedown After the Season
– Once the holidays are over, the crew removes all lights and decorations safely and efficiently.
Storage Until Next Year
– Lights are neatly packed, labeled, and stored in Griswold’s facility until the following season.
