Nylon pa6 is commonly produced as sheet, rod, and tube using a liquid casting technique. For big diameter rod, tube, and thick sheet, casting is frequently the most cost-effective process. This method also gives producers the ability to create bespoke near net (irregular) forms. Near net forms can be used to make parts that would not yield well from ordinary sheet, rod, or tube material.
