How long is the mowing season in my area?
Regular scheduled mowing season runs from April 1st to October 31st (30 weeks) with other services offered throughout the fall and winter months.
What day will my lawn be serviced?
Our mowing services are based on your zip code. Once a day is selected, that will be your scheduled day for each week.
Do I need to sign a contract
No. There is no obligation by either party to continue service and you may cancel at anytime. However, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
May I skip a scheduled mowing service
Yes. You may skip a service but a 24 hour notice must be given or you may still be charged the full service amount. We understand that grass may slow its growth during the hot months of summer. For this reason, we suggest you switch to our bi weekly plan. Additional fees apply.
Do I need to be home on my scheduled day
No. You do not need to be home. All we ask is that all pets be placed inside home, lawn must be clear of debris, and gates should be unlocked. The crew will only service areas that are accessible. You will be responsible for the full amount of service fee.
Does the crew pick up toys, trash, pet waste, or any debris on the lawn
We ask that the service areas be clear of all debris on your scheduled day. However, light trash and small branches will be removed. In no case will pet waste ever be removed.
Do you offer bi weekly mowing?
Yes we offer bi weekly mowing, but only from mid June to mid September (summer), when grass tends to slow it's growth. You must request this option. Bi weekly price per cut will be 50% higher than weekly price per cut.
Do you bag our grass and leaves during regular scheduled mowing services?
No. Instead we use mulching blades to finely chop up grass and leaves. This in return will decompose and help feed your lawn.
What is included in a property clean up?
Property clean ups consist of the removal of all sticks, leaves, trash, and branches from the property. We recommend gutter cleaning and cutting back all necessary perennial plants during this time as well.
How do I pay for my services?
You may make payments via cash app, venmo, zelle, pay pal, check, and all major credit cards. We do not accept cash.
When is my payment due?
You will be billed weekly after each service is completed. Payment is due no later than the following day after each service. If payment is not made by time of next scheduled service, all future services may be postponed or canceled all together.
What services do you offer in November, December, January, February and March?
Easy Care Lawn & Garden is a 12 month, year round company. We offer property clean ups, gutter cleaning, tree trimming (up to 20ft) and snow and ice removal.
Do you offer full service packages for the entire year?
Yes. We can devise a unique, full service lawn and garden package tailored to your individual property needs. We will tend to your property 2 times a month during the months of December, January, February and March to keep everything nice and tidy.
