Blueline Lawn & Landscape is a small family owned lawn and landscape business located in Bullard, Texas. We currently offer services commercial and residential services in the Bullard and Jacksonville areas. Our current service areas are limited to about a 10 to 15 mile radius of Bullard, but larger properties, HOAs and neighborhoods will be considered. We hope that you are either in, or nearby, one of these service areas or have seen the Blueline Lawn & Landscape truck and trailer around town. I, Paul Allen, owner of Blueline Lawn & Landscape, offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on services and I mean it. Some companies may offer a guarantee but to most of them this phrase has little meaning anymore. When I say your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, I mean you will not pay for the service if you are not happy. I will see to it that any issues that you are unhappy with are corrected to your satisfaction. If we can’t correct the issue, I will pay a competitor, of your choice, to fix the issue. When I say I only want 100% satisfied clients, I mean it.
We will show up to your property on scheduled days, in professional uniforms and we use professional quality lawn equipment to service your property. We will weed eat around your fences, shrubs, light posts, and other areas where our mowers may not reach. Your property will be edged with a metal blade edger every service. We will blow off and clean up grass clippings on all the concrete and hard surfaces. When we are finished with your property, the crew supervisor is going to go through a check list to ensure that the quality of service was thorough and that all gates are secured before leaving.
If we see little things that need addressed while servicing your property, we will attempt to take care of it or leave you a message about the issue.
We strive to be consistent with our services to your property, weather permitting, which can sometimes determine when or if properties can be serviced. If there is ever a need to change your service schedule, then you will receive an email and or text update. Communication is also key to quality service. When you call, we will answer our phone when possible or return your call that day, usually within an hour. We are easy to get a hold by phone, e-mail, text, and easy to work with.
We currently have several residential and commercial customers that use Blueline Lawn & Landscape for their property care needs. They are all amazed with our work because we do a great job cutting grass and we do a great job in proactively communicating with our clients.

Blueline Lawn & Landscape offers free estimates and a vast array of services that many companies may not. Although we primarily offer weekly lawn services, we also offer property restorations, tree and hedge trimming, leaf and debris removal, fall and spring cleanup. If we cannot do the job, we will be glad to help you find someone who can. We also have no hassle billing. Once an estimate is sent to you and approved, simply apply a credit card on file using our secure website and your invoices are paid with the click of a button, its that simple. Services
- All of our Lawn Maintenance Packages start for as little as $45 a service and can be tailored to help you stay on budget. Services and pricing are determined by the size, terrain, and current condition of your property. Here are a few services that we offer but not limited to.
- High Maintenance Lawns – We offer a 4 to 6 day lawn maintenance for those lawns that receive heavy watering and fertilization. Your lawn will be serviced every 4 to 6 days depending on growth and time of year. Approximately 5 services a month.
- General Lawn Care – We offer a 9 to 10 day lawn maintenance. Your lawn will be serviced every 9 to 10 days. This allows your lawn to develop a deep root system, which results in a healthier and greener lawn that generally requires less watering. Approximately 3 services a month.
- Hedge Trimming – Ornamental hedges and shrubs need to be trimmed and shaped usually two to three times a year to keep them healthy and looking good.
- Tree Trimming and Pruning – We can trim low hanging limbs from trees to allow the sun to reach shaded areas of your lawn where the grass may struggle to grow. We can prune your seasonal shrubs and trees to keep them healthy and under control.
- Leaf and Debris Removal – We offer fall and spring clean up of your lawn and property. Leaf clean up and removal, downed tree limbs due to storms or high winds or even pick up of bagged leaves and other yard debris.
- Property Restoration – We can help you reclaim overgrown property and lawns that have been neglected. We can clear out under brush or other overgrown grass and vegetations so you can use the property the way you want.
- Flowerbed Maintenance – We offer a variety of flowerbed services. We can remove old mulch and replace with a fresh mulch of your choice, weeding and top dressing with fresh mulch and even replace your perennials. We can help you design and development of a new flowerbed that you can enjoy.
