Thank you for considering my business, I am Elijah, a young man who enjoys working outdoors. And doing my work with the best quality I can, while constantly trying to make it better. I can provide you with many services, such as maintaining your yard by keeping it mowed and trimmed. As well as maintaining landscape beds and bushes or cleaning up overgrown plants, all without you doing the work.
Services
- Lawn Maintenance: This service provides mowing, trimming, edging and blowing of clippings on a weekly schedule. I charge a minimum of $60, and have an average price per acre of $40. for an exact quote give me a call, and I can come by and price your property.
- Landscape Maintenance:This service provides various landscape services like mulching, weeding, trimming or redesigning. I charge a minimum of $60 plus $40 dollars after the first hour, and any needed material. I can give you an estimate of how much I think it will cost you, and will not go over it with out your consent.
- I also can provide soft washing to houses and buildings. I do not claim to be a professional yet. But I know enough about it to avoid doing damage. And if I feel I lack the knowledge, or experience to do it, I will let you know. The only difference in price, for soft washing, is the cost for washing chemicals.
- Pressure washing is great way to rejuvenate your home, and you’d be surprised at the difference. It’s often dirtier than it looks. So if your interested in having your driveway, patio, walkway, or home cleaned. Give me a call (270-931-1366), or send a text/message, and I can schedule to come give you a free estimate.
- Property Clean Up: This service provides the clearing of overgrown areas. Such as weed eating tall grass around a property. With this service I charge $60 an hour plus tax. I can give you an estimate on how much it will cost. Or you can let me know your budget and I will get done all that I can.
- Leaf Clean Up: This service provides the blowing of leafs, off the yard and beds into a pile. Either in a spot on your property, like in the woods, or blowing them to my trailer and taking them off site. for this option I charge $40 an hour plus the expense to haul them off which is $15-$40 per trip.
- Pressure Washing: I charge a minimum of $60 for anything under an hour. And 40$ an hour after that. I can clean concrete/stone driveways, patios and walkways.
- Fallen Tree Cleanup: I now Provide fallen tree cleanup services. I do not fell trees, but if a tree has fallen down and needs removal I can do it. I charge $60 an hour and will haul the limbs of for a charge. But anything big enough for firewood I will haul away free of charge.
- Compact Tractor Work: I provide various forms of compact tractor work. From Tilling a garden or other tilling needs to minor dirt work and driveway renewal or installation. Or other misc tasks that require a little more than can be done by hand. Without making ruts in your yard from big equipment. I Charge $100 an hour for any of the above tasks.
