Who am I?
My name is Joshua Martinez, owner and operator of Bluegrass Valley, Lawn and Hauling, LLC. I'm based out of Oak Ridge, TN, but often work and travel around East TN as well.
Aside from just starting a small lawn and junk hauling business, I was a professional trail maintainer and wildland firefighter. I've worked these types of jobs since I was 19 and started in beautiful Montana working on a conservation corps based in Kalispell, MT. I lived there for 6 months in the summer time, when I was a seasonal trail worker there. I then moved to Washington to become a wildland firefighter for 2 seasons for the U.S.F.S. Moved to Oregon for a trail maintenance work, again working for the U.S.F.S. Then in 2018 I moved to East TN and started working for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park to work for their trail crew.
Earlier this year I decided to start my own business and provide my services to my new people here in Tennessee.
