Services
- We offer Residential, Cottage, and Commercial grounds keeping services to our clients in the Near North area and surrounding communities.
- We believe that proper lawn maintenance is important, but it doesn’t need to be expensive or complicated.
- LAWN CARE
- We offer high-value, no-frills lawn care beginning the 1st of May to late Oct.
- We mow your grass
- We trim around trees and structures
- We sweep/blow clippings from sidewalks, driveway areas
- PRICE: $35/Cut
- That’s it. Straight forward. No contracts and one standard price for all city/town properties.
- For rural, commercial, and cottage properties, we will conduct a site visit and provide a quote.
- SCHEDULE
- We work Monday to Friday. We will occasionally work on Saturday in the event that bad weather prevents us from finishing during the normal work week.
- To keep our prices low and cost effective we try to schedule on the same day as others in your area. Whether you have your grass cut weekly, or bi-weekly, our schedule is consistent and you will know what day of the week we will be there.
- We do ask our customers with pets to please have all pet waste cleaned up prior to your scheduled service day, and to make sure that we can access your yard when we arrive.
- SNOW REMOVAL
- We clear your driveway
- We clear/sand your walkway to your door
- PRICE: $25/per visit
- One standard price for all city/town driveways.
- Scheduled as required, as snowfall dictates.
- TRAILER SERVICES
- We offer trailer services for appliances, furniture, and materiel delivery and disposal.
- We do not offer packing, or moving services but will transport items between locations in the local area for you.
- PRICE: For dump runs, our standard fee is $30 (includes loading, transport, and disposal of materiel at the dump). Some items require landfill fees be paid. Landfill fees will be charged in addition to our dump run fee.
- Quotes for trailer services (other than dump runs) will be provided based on customer requirements.
- WHAT ELSE DO WE DO?
- On occasion we will accept jobs outside of our core services that are within our skill set to perform.
- PRICE: Our general labour rate is $25/hour for one worker or $35/hour if two workers are required. We will discuss your needs and provide a quote tailored to the work that you need completed.
- PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Customers will be invoiced monthly. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept cash, cheque, EFT and Credit card, providing you the option of fast, easy, and convenient no-contact payment. Please note that credit card payments will be subject to a processing fee by our third party service provider.
