- Our service contract for regular lawn maintenance entails the following details and schedule: Regular maintenance includes: mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing or cleanup of debris on driveways, sidewalks, and patios.
- - Contractor will perform 36 regular lawn maintenance services per contract year. An additional two regular lawn maintenance services (not to exceed 38) may be performed per contract year if requested by Client or deemed necessary by Contractor at no additional cost. Any additional regular lawn maintenance needed will be added task work and billed accordingly.
